Q. How are we compensated for this service?

310-Term is paid commissions by the insurance company that you choose to do business with. Since the decision about which insurance company you want to deal with is yours you can be assured that the advice you are given is unbiased. Our advisors are paid a salary regardless of the insurance company you choose.
