Q. How do I apply for insurance coverage?

A. The process is very straightforward. We need to complete an application form for the insurance company you selected. The information required for identification purposes is: your name, business and home address, social insurance number and a piece of identification such as your passport or driver license number. This takes just a few minutes. In addition, depending on the amount of insurance there may be some non-medical information requirements. If there is a medical requirement a nurse will contact you to arrange a convenient time to get this information. In some cases the information can be provided on the phone.
