This position requires: excellent written and oral/telephone communication skills; the ability to deal effectively with clients to resolve issues; a convincing and energetic personality with a demonstrable ability to multi-task and to learn quickly on the job.
The ideal candidate should have basic computer skills and at least a high school diploma. A background in direct sales and telemarketing would be an asset. Ability to work with minimal supervision is an asset. The person must be able to demonstrate integrity and discretion. A life insurance agent's license is a plus but not required.
