310-TERM is looking for agents that are self-motivated, organized, and that have excellent phone skills and the ability to multi-task effectively. No prospecting or travel is required. Prospects are provided by 310-TERM.
This position involves: giving quotations on the phone; responding to email requests for quotations in a timely manner; completing insurance applications over the phone and providing important follow-up with new applications to ensure that they are returned promptly by customers for processing.
Compensation: Agents will be paid a salary plus monthly bonuses. Residual income will be paid to into a group RRSP each year based on the agent.s performance in the prior year.
